Ownership

© 2026 Zikr Apps. All rights reserved unless stated otherwise.

Zikr Apps owns and controls the zikrapps.com website, the Tazkirah, Misbaha, and Mehrab mobile applications, associated source code published under our GitHub organization, design assets, brand marks, screenshots, illustrations, translations, and marketing copy — including the names “Zikr Apps”, “Tazkirah”, “Misbaha”, and “Mehrab” as used in connection with these products.

This website

The layout, typography, mashrabiya pattern, copy, and compiled site you are reading are protected by copyright. Viewing the public site does not grant permission to republish, scrape, or reuse our design or text on another property.

Some website source is published on GitHub for transparency and for collaborators we invite. Public visibility of a repository does not grant a broad license to copy or redistribute that code or assets.

Mobile apps

Each app’s software, user interface, icons, bundled audio, and in-app text (including dua and adhkār compilations as presented in the apps) are protected by copyright.

Installing an app from the App Store, Google Play, or an APK we distribute gives you a personal license to use that build on your devices as intended. It does not allow you to extract, republish, or rebrand the app or its contents.

Brand marks

The Zikr Apps logotype, calligraphic mark, colour palette, and product names may not be used in your own apps, websites, merchandise, or marketing without prior written permission from Zikr Apps.

Religious text & compilations

Adhkār, duʿā, and related material in our apps are drawn from well-known compilations and presented for worship and education. Copyright in our selection, arrangement, translation, and presentation belongs to Zikr Apps where applicable.

Classical religious texts and widely circulated supplications may themselves be in the public domain or subject to other rights; our copyright does not limit your personal religious use. For scholarly or commercial reuse of specific wording, consult authoritative sources and qualified teachers.

What you may do

Without asking us first, you may:

  • Use our apps for personal, non-commercial worship and study in the form we distribute.
  • Visit and link to zikrapps.com in a way that does not suggest endorsement or affiliation.
  • View or clone our public GitHub repositories solely to read, review, or report issues as described in the repository LICENSE.
  • Contact us to report mistakes in adhkār, accessibility barriers, or security concerns.

What requires permission

You may not, without prior written permission from Zikr Apps:

  • Redistribute our apps, APKs, site code, screenshots, or illustrations on another store, site, or repo.
  • Create white-label, rebranded, or competing products based on our design, copy, or code.
  • Use our brand marks or app screenshots in your own marketing or product pages.
  • Train machine-learning models on our published materials for public or competing commercial use.

Third-party materials

Our products include open-source libraries, fonts, map data, and other components licensed by their respective owners. Those licenses apply to those components only — not to Zikr Apps’ original work as a whole.

App store listings, device platforms, and external sites you open from our apps (for example Qurʾān or hadith references) are governed by their own terms.
